Helmets to Hardhats Seeking Northeast Region Representative
Brothers and Sisters,
Helmets to Hardhats (H2H), which helps transition our military veterans into successful civilian careers in the building trades, is currently seeking a qualified professional to fill a full-time position for the Northeast Region of the United States including Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire, Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Maine.
The Regional Representative will be the primary point of contact for transitioning military personnel, National Guard, Reservists, and veterans, and will also serve as a liaison with state elected leaders, union organizations, union construction contractors, apprenticeship and training programs, and military and veterans’ organizations.
The representative will promote the H2H program and is expected to make presentations at trade career fairs, on military installations, union meetings, government agencies, and a range of other gatherings.
Qualified candidates would benefit from having labor organization, contractor association, and/or military experience, and would be required to live within the state and travel to other areas of responsibility when directed.
